WarpathMC Policies

0.1: Player Agreement
Upon joining WarpathMC, players must agree to the following terms:

• It is the responsibility of the player to be knowledgeable and updated of the rules.
• If any rule listed in this document is broken, the player or offending party will be punished as specified in this document or under the discretion of an administrator.
• Screenshare Verified staff members reserve the right to screen share at any time (See Screen Share Policy).
• Staff reserve the right to edit or change these rules at any time. All rule changes will be noted in the main discord at the time of the edit. In rare cases, administrators reserve the right to change rules after an action has occurred to protect the network, players, and staff members.
• All rules fall under Admin Discretion at any given time.
• You must read and abide by all of the rules listed here, aswell as any listed here.

0.2: Payout Eligibility
To be eligible for Factions Top payouts, your factions main base must have at least 90 walls, containing all of your faction value within your base, and have a minimum of 2x2 base shell. This is to stop hiding value, as well as 1 chunk wilderness bases.
Punishment: Warning 24 Hours before map EOTW to fix, if not fixed you will be excluded from the payout list

0.3: Screen Share Policy
Staff with the SS Team role reserve the right to freeze and screen share any player at any time, including during raids, pvp, grinding, and even events. If you log out while frozen for any reason, you will be banned for the entirety of the map without an appealable ban. You are not allowed to clear your browsing history, recycling bin, or any other files from your computer from the time you were frozen or at any point during the screenshare. You are allowed to admit to cheating for a shorter ban. Trolling the staff member conducting the screenshare in any way will result in an interference of a screen share: 7d ban. If, during the screenshare, booters, ips, or databases are found on your computer, you will be blacklisted without an appealable ban.

Punishment: Map Ban (Refusal/Detection)

Punishment: Blacklist (Malicious Software/Intent)

0.4: Ticket Rules
Before opening a support ticket, please keep the following rules in mind: No excessive ticket spamming/pinging.
If a staff member says in the ticket | "LOCKED" | This means your ticket has been handled and no further assistance will be given in that situation.

0.5: Loopholing / Bypassing Rules
You are prohibited from attempting to loophole or bypass the rules. If you need clarifications on any rules, ask a staff member via ticket.

Punishment: Admin Discretion

0.6: Player Rollbacks
Players may request inventory rollbacks via ticket if they have video recorded proof of dying to a server error, bug or proof of dying to a cheater. If the requirements are not met, players will not receive rollbacks.

1. Gameplay Rules

1.1: Illegal Modifications
Any Modifications that give you an unfair advantage against other players is strictly forbidden. An example of these modifications are Reach, KillAura, Auto-Potting, ect. If you are caught using any of these modifications, you will be heavily punished. 

1st Offence: 2 Day Ban
2nd Offence: Map Ban
3rd Offence: Permanent Ban
Hacking: (Admitted): 2 Day Ban
Refusal to SS: 7 Day Ban (UnAppealable)

1.2: Glitching/Exploiting
If you are found using any type of glitch/exploit that gives an unfair advantage, you and any others involved,  will be punished depending on the severity of the glitch or exploit.

Punishment: Admin Discretion
Punishment: Block glitching: 12 hour Ban

1.3: Duping
Duplicating any item is NOT allowed. If you are found duplicating in any way, you will lose ALL of your faction value.

Punishment: Permanent Ban and DQ

1.4: Fly Boosting
ou are allowed to fly boost, however you can not use more than 1.00x fly boost.

1st Offence: 1 day ban
2nd Offence: 2 day ban
3rd Offence: 3 day ban

1.5: Trapping
Placing gen buckets, chunk busters or using printer or trench/tray picks to trap players is prohibited.

1st Offence: 12 hour ban
2nd Offence: 1 day ban
3rd Offence: 3 day ban

1.6: Lag Machines
Making any type of machine that causes excessive lag to the server is prohibited. Anything made in an attempt to purposely crash the server is also prohibited. If the machine is purposely made to stop a raid or prevent another faction from gaining wealth, it is prohibited. 

Punishment: Permanent Ban + 2 Factions Strikes (Admin Discretion)

1.7: Insiding
Taking faction value without the leader's permission is not allowed and will be considered an act of insiding. This includes but is not limited to purposely getting your raid raided, tp’ing other players into your base, tp’ing other players into a cannon box or even giving factions information about your base. Anything placed or stored in a faction's base is owned by the faction. 

1st Offence: Map Ban
2nd Offence: Permanent ban

1.8: Freezing Your Minecraft
Do not intentionally freeze your minecraft to gain an advantage over other players, for example not being able to hit you, or to get out of traps. 

1st Offence: 1 day ban
2nd Offence: 2 day ban
3rd Offence: 3 day ban

1.9: Lying To Staff
Lying to staff to try and gain an advantage is not allowed. 

Punishment: Admin Discretion

1.10: Griefing Other Factions Trench
Do not shoot sand/anvils/gravel, water, bonemeal trees, gen random pillars or any type of grieving that will delay other factions' work. 

1st Offence: Verbal warning
2nd Offence: 12 hour ban
3rd Offence: 1 day ban

1.11: AFK Camping
Do not afk alternative, or main accounts on walls, base buffers, or in other factions' cane farms. You are not allowed to afk past 5 chunks of the beginning or your base buffer. 

1st Offence: Verbal Warning
2nd: Offence: 3 hour tempban

1.12: Forging Proof
Forging any type of proof is not allowed. An example of forged proof is a buycraft receipt and sending it to a staff member to obtain items you did not purchase. 

Punishment: Map Ban and 2 Faction Strikes

1.13:  Abusing Bugs
Using a known or unknown bug that gives you an advantage against other players is NOT allowed.

Punishment: Admin Discretion

1.14: Tracker Bots
You are not allowed to have any kinds of tracker bots that can check claims, money, tokens, and darkzone trackers. Vanish tracker  bots are strictly prohibited! 

Punishment: 2 Faction Strike & Bot Banned

1.15: Bypassing Factions Limitations
Any attempt to bypass the member limit, roster limit or alt limit is NOT allowed.

Punishment: Faction strike (Admin Discretion)

1.16: Blocking up Spawners
Preventing spawners from being creeper-egged with anything (obsidian, water, or lava, etc) is NOT allowed.  Placing lava or cactus under the spawners whilst being creeper egged is also NOT allowed.  You are not permitted to place any blocks directly next to spawners.
If during a raid, water ends up blocking spawners, Senior Staff have the discretion to drain all water so the spawners become raidable
The minimum distance between blocks and spawners is 2 blocks

Punishment: 1 Faction Strike (Admin Discretion)

1.17: TNT Storage
You are only allowed to store TNT in your main faction base or TNT bank.

Punishment: Illegal stored TNT will be removed and your faction will receive one faction strike

1.18: Hiding Value
Do not hide faction value. At Least 90% of your value must be placed in your main base region while grace is not enabled, however you can hide value during grace period. A faction has 12 hours to place all the value from a raid.
Considered as hiding is anything from putting value on alts, player balances, f balance, and saving value in the chest for a long period of time.

Punishment: 3 Faction Strike

1.19: Merging
You are allowed to merge factions, but you cannot merge the faction wealth or any value between them. If you wish to leave your current faction to join/start a new faction after the grace period, you must obtain permission from a senior staff member before doing so. All mergers must be moderated by senior staff. Faction bans will carry over to the faction you  merge with. Merges MUST be monitored by senior staff!
Items allowed in merges: Armor, Tools, Weapons, Members, Factions Names, and Valuable Items
Items not allowed in merges: Spawners, and Money

Punishment: DQ + Extra value value removed

1.20: Leeching
Leeching a faction's raid is not allowed. This means you may not raid loot as another faction is raiding them. All value gained from the leechers will be removed and given to the raiding faction. Another faction can raid the defending faction after 30 minutes of inactivity. ( This offense must be either spectated by staff or recorded )

Punishment: 1 Day Ban for anyone involved

1.21: Use of an Autoclicker/Client Clicker/Macro clicker/Modified Mouse/DBounce above 13 CPS
The use of an autoclicker is strictly allowed to 13 CPS, and only left clicking with autoclickers is allowed. The autoclicker must be a standalone autoclicker, and it’s only function autoclicking (No clients, No Farm Scripts). Aswell as you must respond to our afk checks within 30 seconds. The autoclicker cannot be used during PVP, only PVE.

1st Offence: Map Ban (2 day ban if Admitted)
2nd Offence: Permanent Ban

1.22: Economy Scripting/Automated Work/Cane Nuking
You are not allowed to use any type of external/softwares to automate the farming cane process or automate any type of income source. This includes, cane hitting range, auto hitting cane, using alts to automatically farm cane, ect.

Punishment: 7 day ban + Faction Strike

1.23: Allying/Teaming During PvP
Allying/Teaming with an enemy faction to kill another faction is not allowed. If there are more than 3 factions fighting, it will not be counted as allying or teaming. This includes anyone in wilderness teaming as well.

Punishment: 6 hour ban for any players involved

1.24: Raid Interfering
Interfering in a raid that isn’t yours is NOT allowed. For example, engaging in combat whilst the faction is defending or raiding is not allowed.

1st Offence: 6 hour ban for those involved

2nd Offence: Map ban and a faction strike

1.25: Spectating Raids
Spectating raids is not allowed as it will cause confusion towards the defending and raiding factions. If you are found Spectating, you will be asked to leave and if you are caught there again then you will be punished. However, each faction is allowed to have a single player to call coords(That player has to be declared by each faction). That player is not allowed to check cannon box walls or run sides.

Punishment: 4 hour ban

1.26: Alternate Factions/Accounts/Faction Hopping
Having an alternate faction/account will not be allowed as it counts as bypassing the member limit, roster limit, ect.

Punishment: Faction strike (Admin Discretion)

1.27: Free Cam Usage
Any use of Free Cam is strictly prohibited! Please use the server provided command, /roam! 

Punishment: 7 day ban

1.28: Buycraft Scamming
Buycraft scamming is only punishable if the player buys an item off the buycraft store for an in-game deal and the player does not give the item that was agreed upon after purchase of the buycraft item. If the player that purchased the buycraft item charges back, the rank/item will be taken away from the player and will be given back the in-game items if they were given.

Punishment: Admin Discretion

1.29: Payout Boosting
Giving players or factions value whether for free or in a loan just to be boosted in faction value or to beat another faction is considered payout boosting. Loans are not allowed; trades must be made in full at the time of the trade.

Punishment: DQ for both factions and value removed

1.30: Charging Back
Charging back a store purchase is strictly prohibited!

Punishment: IP Ban & Blacklist

1.31: Scripting (Extended)/ F11ing
Scripting is strictly prohibited, F11ing is allowed as long as you are not AFK for more than 45 seconds. 

• Punishment: Map ban + 2 Faction Strike

1.32: Mining Value
You are allowed to mine/move value around during grace only. You are not allowed to mine value during TNT 

Punishment: 2 Faction Strikes

1.33: Automated Machine Work for Crops
 You are not allowed to have a redstone machine that automatically harvests cane or any type of crop. 

1st Offence: 1 Faction Strike (Admins Discretion)

1.34: Botting
You are not allowed under any circumstance the use of bots that act, move, fight, ect like real players. This includes but is not limited to spamming chat with bots.

Punishment: 1st Offence: 7d IP Ban

1.35: Fly Claims
Factions are allowed a 1x1 Fly Claim on each side of a faction’s base. You are not allowed to autoclaim and fly to bypass this rule. 

1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: Removal of claims & 1 Faction Strike

1.36: Warzone Claims
The maximum size of a warzone claim is 5x5. Faction’s are only allowed 1 warzone section within the 5x5 claim. 

1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: Removal of claims & 1 Faction Strike

1.37: Disbanded Faction
Players from a disqualified faction are not eligible to win any FTOP payouts for that map. Players are not allowed to bypass their DQ by playing with other factions, or playing on an alt. 

Punishment: The new faction is DQ’ed & 7d Ban issued to DQ’ed player

1.38: Abusing Printer Cane Bug
No player is allowed to printer cane past 3 blocks tall. 

Punishment: Admin Discretion

1.39: Abusing Glitching Exploit
Any form of abusing pistons, trench picks, or anything else that glitches into someone's farm or base is strictly prohibited. Example: Enderpearl glitching, and pushing pistons into enemy land to break into the base.

Punishment: 1 Faction Strike & 4 Hour Ban for any players involved

1.40: Blacklisted Players
Players that are blacklisted from the server

Punishment: 1 faction strike issued to the offending faction.

1.41: Blocking Up Collectors
Factions are strictly prohibited from blocking up collectors, preventing players from being able to access them without creeper eggs or throwables. 

1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: 1 Faction Strike & Collector Removed

1.42: Gen bucket / Printer patching
Factions can’t use gen buckets or /printer (during an active raid).

You must wait 5 minutes from the last shot fired to use gen buckets or printer patch. (Doesn’t apply on main base)

Punishment: 1 Faction Strike & Patches removed & 24 hour Ban

1.43: Bypassing Spawner Tax
Factions are prohibited from bypassing the spawner tax by blowing spawners up, using creeper eggs or any other method of removing spawners without mining them.

Punishment: 3 Day Ban for any players involved & Illegal Spawners removed

1.44: Automatic Farms
Factions are prohibited from having any sort of automated farms.

1st Offence: Verbal Warning and Farm Removed
2nd Offence: 2 Strikes and Farm Removal.

1.45: Getting into Cane Farms/Bases/Cannons
Players must provide proof/clip of them entering into a cane farm/base/cannon. In the clip, the player must provide coordinates of the area you entered from. Staff reserve the right to freeze and ask the player how they got in, without proof, the punishments are as follows:

1st Offence: Base / Counter Rolled Back
2nd Offence: 3d Ban for any players involved

1.46: Player Bans
Factions that have players banned for more than 24h will be given 1 point per player, 2points = 1 strike. Each additional point is a strike.

(2 point = 1 strike / 3 point = 2 strike / 4 point = 3 strike / ect)

1st Offence: 1 strike

1.47: Wilderness Grinding
Wilderness grinding is not allowed

1st Offence: Warning
2nd Offence: 1h ban
3rd Offence: 1d ban
